Need to make room for my new 68 Camaro project, so my 69 Pace Car is for sale. Originally bought from Jeff on this board about 3 (maybe 4?) years ago and I have since upgraded it with:
DSE Speed 3 kit front suspension with ATS spindles.
DSE Quadralink rear suspension
Rebuilt motor into 383 stroker for better streetability.
DSE Electric Headlight doors
Marquez Driving Lights
Ring Brothers Hinges
and a bunch of Twist Machine goodies:
Core Support Bars
Shifter Stick
Cowl Induction Trim Plate
Billet Gauge Bezels
Probably a few other things as well that I forgot but here is a link to some more details:
Specs and Pics (http://twistmachine.com/shopping/index.php?main_page=page&id=5&chapter=0)
And here is the feature link on the Lat-G home page:
Lat-G Feature Page (http://www.lateral-g.net/trush/)
Asking price is $69,000
This is a great car that is very reliable, performs very well and is an excellent cruiser the whole family can enjoy. The car has been driven so it is not a show car, but she is still a beauty.
Feel free to PM me on this site or call me at Five One Six 848-0646 if you have an interest. Steve at Twist Machine will also answer some of the more technical questions and his number is listed on the Specs and Picture page.
ETA: Will add Pics once I figure out how to do it.

That car is bad ass. A true Original. Made me leave the "Love em like the General Built em" frame of mind.
Just a beautiful car.
Good luck on the sale. Wish I had the dough. Two car garage, Mule on one side and that wicked ride on the other. Daily Burn outs. Just what the doctor ordered.:hail:

Ok I'll chime in. Well since the sale of my car, my dad and I were talking about picking something up in the $20K-$30K range to mess around with. I saw "Trush's car" on Ebay and got to thinking..... I called Jeff and had him call Jim and see what we could do on the car. Well it was definitely more than $30K, but a great deal none the less. Thanks again Jim. This car has a lot of history between us and Jeff. For those that don't already know, my dad bought this car 20 years ago in 1989 as an unfinished project for $5000! We finished the car as basically a stocker with a little more under the hood. A year later sold it to Trush and he drove it for a few years until he was t-boned which in turn caused the car to be completely re-restored to it's current condition. He drove it for a couple more years and then sold it to Jim. Jim then proceeded to give it all the DSE treatment like Quadra-link, front coil over conversion kit, electric headlight doors, bright driver lights, etc, etc. as well as a host of goodies from Twist Machine and a complete engine rebuild. We couldn't pass it up with all the history it has to us. Looks like Trush will be back on Woodward in "his" convertible again, only this time in the passenger seat! Maybe I'll let you drive it if your nice.... We are planning on making the trip to Gingerman next month in the Camaro. See ya there!

Yeah, well 16 years is more than a "few" Hanson!..lol I owned it from 1990 (Bought it when I was 19) all the way until 2006. I have a ton of memories in that car, I managed to keep it while going to college, met and dated my wife with it..and even through having my first born the car was there...but after our 3rd child, life caught up with me, and selling it was the right thing to do for my family. I have always dreamed of getting it back, but this is just as good to me, as Ray Hanson is like a second father to me....and it is back in "the circle". I want to thank Jim Mulvey for taking such great care of it, as he promised he would when he bought it, he was able to do all of the things I would have loved to do to the car if they were available at the time, and more importantly if I could have afforded it. Jim has always been respectful of my feelings for the car, and words could not express how much I appreciate it. I know that last comment might sound silly to most people, but the car really was part of our family, andI really "grew up" in that car...and Jims stewardship of it means a ton to me. I also want to place thank you to Steve-O, for helping cement the deal...he knows what he did, I know what he did...and I can't thank him enough for his unselfish act.
Who knows, maybe my name will be on the title again someday?...But for now...it is in great hands, and I get to see it, ride in it and if I am really nice, maybe even drive it once in awhile?:_paranoid :)
This is a great day!:woot:
