I couldn't seem to find anything on this with the search function, but I am new here, so don't hate me if this is a dead horse.
I am looking for some products to install a new stereo and speakers without modifiying any original pieces. Swapping them out would be fine, so long as I can get the car back to original when I sell it. I know about custom autosound and secret audio for the stock or hidden head unit, but it doesn't really seem to be up to the standards of audio quality I like to have. Has anyone found any good kickpanels, adapters, sub boxes or the like made specifically for the first generation Camaro?

Hey birdman whats your name? I feel really stupid calling you birdman!

Anyway, welcome aboard!

You might try this guy, he puts modern internals into original head units and may have some other suggestions for you too.

Hah! Guess I haven't filled out a profile yet, huh? My name is Ryan. Birdman was an old password I used to use based on Larry Bird, The Great White Hope :p . It just turned into a username when I switched to the next password, and my limited memory doesn't allow for multiple usernames.
Thanks for the lead on the stereo guy.

Try them, they have some nice kick panels.

You will have to alter the rear speaker deck however, unless yours came with "premium sound" which most didnt. Its easy and takes less than an hour.

Also, check out www.vintagevibes.net
