Basically im having my 69 camaro mini tubbed with dse's kit as well as having the rear fenders rolled. So I'll have 6 extra inches of clearance, so im really thinking about putting 15 inch wide wheels under the car. Are there any problems I should be aware of anybody know of a tire company that makes tires big enough to fit on massive rims like these? Thanks guys.

The word overkill comes to mind. How about a 17x13 with a 345 or 355 tire, that should be plenty, sounds like you are only going for looks anyway.

Also, i'm not sure but i'm thinking if you go too wide it might hurt handling??

17X13 is about all you will want......335 or 345 series tire, I belive Michelin makes some!

The biggest problems are unsprung weight and the fact that the car just will not want to turn. For proof of that, watch some Flintstone re-runs. Fred always has to hop and skid the car around corners.

he he... Flintstones....

I think, even with the 335's, the car will push in the turn too much. You'd need pretty big fronts.
