i have called like 10 times in the last 4 days and emailed a few times and NOTHING???
guess i won't be getting my parts??? glad the customer already paid for them

If you have ever dealt with Tom before you know that he is next to impossible to get hold of some times. Especially if he is in the middle of a project or something. Keep trying and try him at odd hours. He works all different times of the day and night. Dont worry he wont screw you on the parts. He is a very honest guy.

The past 4 days have just been off holiday, so I hope all is well, the man has a good reputation earned from hard work and giving the goods. I would not be worried he is just busy or might be on vacation. :thumbsup:

Sounds like he needs to have a secretary or someone tending the phones. I had this happen on my engine with another builder and it really pissed me off too.

I wouldn't stress. He's probably taking a break in Tahiti after cramming for SEMA and all the other pre-holiday rushes he had. (I bet he just loves us speculating what he's doing now.. the price of being popular:D )

I had an issue with a part from Tom a couple of years ago.He was hard to get a hold of and it took sometime but he refunded every penny.
