View Full Version : [Video] Bad Penny on the Autocross and Road Course
Steve thought we would like to check out some in-car footage from Bad Penny at the OPTIMA Invitational. Mary Pozzi flogged Steve's baby on he autocross while David Pozzi ran it on the road course.
Now I certainly didn't have to bleep out Mary, but Steve thought it would be funny - and I have to agree. Good stuff.
Video of Mary on the autocross course (http://www.lateral-g.org/temp/badpennyax.wmv) (5mb)
Video of David on the road course (http://www.lateral-g.org/temp/badpennyroadcourse320.wmv) (12mb)
Thanks Steve, Mary, and David.

So that's why Steve named here bad Penny. You have to talk dirty to her.:unibrow:

BRAVO, that is just incredible. I want to see more. Bad Penny is just so cool of a car. If my car can be 3/4 that good it will be as pleasing as wedding night dream, lol
Great driving and when I watch this I hope I learn !!!!
I like the fuel guage! It swings back and forth like a g-meter on every turn!

I liked that line so much I used it in the story..
The guys from the Roadster Shop said she talked like that in their car too, so I don't feel "too" bad. ;)
Nice to see the Dave video in higher resolution than You Tube gives.
Thanks Scott!

Yea, you would think a RACING TANK would have a more stable sender..
Also, watch the oil temp gauge climb on the road course.. up to 300-degrees by the end. Need an oil cooler.

It's great to see the car put to work. That was with a broken plug right?
Or is this newer? That was fun to watch after following the build on here.
Great job Mary & David!

Yep, that was with the jacked up plug. Biggest thing the car needs is a rear bar.

LOL,as someone who's sat in the passenger seat while Mary's done her thing,I can tell you we're usually laughing pretty hard at the end...that Mary has some mad skillz I will say:unibrow: ...and Dave did pretty damn well finding those gears too.
Car looks like it pulls hard Steve...Mary was making space disappear in a hurry on that run.
