A little different than the old Rouge plant. Of course I haven't been there in over 40 years so it might have changed some. :)

It's pretty wild. I don't want to start an argument, but I think the plant and the procedures are pretty cool.

They need to get rid of the unions.

That Plant in Brazil just makes sense. No Auto union workers. No port union workers. No shipping costs of all the sub assemblies cause suppliers make there parts in the same plant.

It will never happen here even though its a great idea.

The UAW is one of the most government aligned groups in the US. I could say a lot more and having been a paying member of the UAW at one time I can say that and say it from experience.

What is going on at that plant is what proves that the auto manufactures aren't stupid , it is the mind controlled American people who don't know any better.

I'll stop now as it is a blessing and a slap in the face simultaneously to see that video as it gives me hope that there can be a new direction if we the people ask for it and allow it to happen.

I currently work for Ford, and a Ford Supplier in a Ford Facility. I would love to see a plant like that in the US
