whats it worth??? 1971 c10 short bed

i found a 1971 chevy c-10 short bed truck for sale and wondering if i could get your thoughts on what it is worth???? details on what i know on the c10 - straight 6 with 3 speed on column,12 bolt rear,disc brakes in front,no a/c, solid as heck bed. now for down side will need radiator support,1 cab corner,both rocker panels,full floor,,maybe fenders saw some decnt rust in front on backside due to bumper etc being off, rest truck has minor surface rust but is in decent shape. so what would you pay for it????

I just bought a 67 that needs rockers and cab corners, same truck 6 cyl 3spd shortbox and its very solid for $3500, I would'nt pay more that $1500 if it needs floors and a front clip? good luck
