Like many I have been unofficially lurking behind the scenes. Well no more! After 2 long years of planning, I finally got a good base for the project. The difficulty is that I am in Germany for business and its in the US! Love to show a few German rigs how its done on the Ring, but that will have to wait. Thanks to my good and very patient friends Joe and Reggie, work will begin in a week or two -- no body work!

Found the car 35 minutes from my buddies house after endless attempts via ebay etc etc etc . . . . a nicely restored 69 Camaro. It had some nice parts for selling and a hyper 383 that stayed with the previous owner (hence the 383 badges on the side which have been removed).

Have an LS1/T56 from a GTO about to go in and all of the many parts identified by the Lateral-G team: DSE Speed 2 front suspension, DSE Quadra-link rear suspension with a 9-inch rear, Baer brakes, Vintage Air, DSE gauge panel, wiper and light kit, etc. We have a few things we have been looking at that will eventually make the car including the right wheels and a few surprises.

Thanks to Scott and the Lateral-G family!
