hey guys im new to this, looking for some input, in regards to rear set up? kinda looking at three setups
1. DSE Quadra link
2. gbar (prob entry setup)
3. hth truckbar
this is going to be an aggressively driven daily driver, so ride quality is also a concern. any pros and cons of each, or maybe even a better suggestion? trying to keep this some what budget oriented?

I am not a truck arm fan myself.
The DSE and G Bars are both great handlers and ride great. If your installing it yourself the G bar or Prodigy bar is going to be the easiest and least labor. Only welding will be the upper arm mounts on the rear axle.
Also, Speedtech has a new Torque Arm that is interesting, I am hoping to install one very soon. And it is also a mild welding only project.
The Quadralink is great but is a fabrication project that requires some cutting and welding.
If you decide we have all the above products available.
Your welcome to call and discuss
The truck arm had some buzz a while back, but it's fallen off the map so to speak. I don't (think) I know of any cars that have it. I do know exhaust routing was a big concern with the early HTH versions.
Frank has good insight, he's worked with them all.
I have the Q-link in my car and I'm extremely happy with the performance and ride.

I installed one of these units about 5years ago. I was not impressed with the fit and finish. It seem crude and I had to twist one of truck arms for it to line up with the front pivot eyelet. You will also loose most of your rear seat foot well for arm clearance. Exhaust routing gets very interesting also.

thanks 4 the insite guys, im just trying to do this right the 1st time through, so all comments are appreciated, i guess the truck arm is out, i was looking at the torque arm setup as well, that is similar to the 3 gen camaro setup correct? ride, handling, and durability is what i am after, i think the airride is cost prohibitive, looks nice though. also dont know if this matters i am running a stock 12bolt right now

Might want to look at Jakes Speed Shop and Speed Tech. They have some new stuff out that sounds to be pretty good.
Just a thought.

Well, when you buy from a manufacturer your always buying the best. Call any manufaturer and they will sell you their product. We do not sell "the best" we sell the best for the customer. That is why we carry multiple suspension lines. Our own Prodigy Bar, or the G Link in this case IS NOT best for you. Rod end style suspensions will wear the ends. Not overnight, but they will wear the ends in daily grimne situations.
As I said I have not tested the Torque Arms yet (I do have one being built though), so I cannot speak on them right now.
If you daily driving I would suggest a G Bar with urethane bushings. The urethane end G bar is very duarble, rides great, and makes for a great autocross and drag race suspension. You would not be disappointed. And cost is only $1750 untill Monday. Then we see a pricing increase from Chris Alston and Air Ride (makers of the G Bar)

Sounds like a call is best. My number and schedule are in my signiture. But no Panhard is required on the G Bar. And we now have pre made tailpipes solving that issue to.

Fellow 67 owner here. Also I dont sell or make any of these parts so I dont have a vested intrest in anything. ANd no ties to anyone.
A few thoughts make sure you have really thought about you goals and your budget. Make a budget and stick to it. Buy the best suspension Pkg you can. And by Pkg I mean front rear and rim & tire.
WAIT until After SEMA before you buy or decide on ANYTHNG!
USE search on here and Protouring.com.
Reliase up front that many of these suspensions perfom better thn most Avg folks can push thier cars...
And lastly call Jake from Jakes Rod shop. He is @ the top of the heap IMHO.
