Got my badge, first timer. Are we allowed to take a quest (wife, son, relative, friend)? Going by myself but I have a cousin that lives in San Diego that wouldn't mind coming along for the ride, hate to leave him in the room. If you Sema veterans have the answer or solutions please fill me in.
Thanks Lenie

From my experience, everyone needs a pass. There is usually a "public" day on Thursday or Friday anyone can come in.

I believe everyone needs a pass and no one under 16 years olds is allowed in, even though I've seen kids and strolls before in the show.

Basically, if he wants to go he can do the 'public' (outdoor) part of the show which is pretty big in it's own, otherwise he has to register and get his own pass. If he is in the business he can register at the show...but that will take some time! It's probably a little late to do the online deal.

I do know that if you are a vendor you can get guest passes...my cousin got in last year this way.

Lenie, you can try to register him at the show under your business as a 'new hire'....just a thought, but in pre-registration they ask for paystubs and the like. But in general I don't think it would be too tuff to get him in since you already have been approved! See ya there!! :woot:

Dumb question but with my badge, do I still need to show ID or 2 pieces proof of employment?
Thanks

once you have the badge and holder you can simply walk in. I guess they have the right to ask for credentials, but I've never heard of that happening.

Hey Tony, there are so many of us here in the NW, we need to somehow put together alittle car/picnic gathering this spring. Would love to see everyones cars. I'll make sure and introduce myself at Sema, see you there.
