Hi guys. I am kinda quiet on here but this is my shop's very first completed project! I know it's not PT, but this is a small town and I've only been in business for less than a year on my own. Hope you guys enjoy the pics, it's a love it or hate it kinda thing...

It's more of a H.A.M.B. sorta thing but this car is for a local dealer. He is going to open a larger facility and this car will sit in his show room and do local shows and cruise around in. It actually debuted at the Pinetop car show a couple of weeks back. I wonder if any of you that went saw this in the parade?

It is def a cool car. I hand built the ladder bars and all the brackets, frame connectors, mounts, etc. It makes me happy to see my work just cruising around town and stuff. I want to do more hi tech stuff in the future. This was a mild build but I still have the "proud poppa" sense about it. All of you big fab shop guys remember your roots and that first build, huh?

I'm glad you posted your car, it looks terrific.

Reminds me of some of my, "Favorite", car when I was growing up as a kid.

For lack of a better description I would say, "Charming Brutality". In a full parking lot I would definitely be drawn to it.

The name is Perfect!

Thanks,

Ty

I have build pix. I am in southern AZ, Sierra Vista, and for some reason the "theme" of the past couple months has been rust replacement. I have in the shop a 73 caprice, an int'l scout, a 53 5 window chevy truck, and an austin healey that we are gonna do a honda s2000 motor swap in and they all need serious rust removal. I am slammed, and thankfully so in this "bad economy." I have about 4 more to do as well for some soldiers over seas right now along with the typical small jobs. The builds just keep getting more and more complex and like I said earlier, it makes me happy to see my stuff at shows and cruizing around town. I'm just a little business and the trouble and work that goes into it is worth it when people from another town show up and say that someone referred them to me. Thanks guys.

Oh and the advice y'all gave me a few months ago is starting to pay off. Just keep doing a good job and the word will spread. Oh and I do have a PT car under wraps! The interior is CRAZY COOL! The owner is always out of town on business but as soon as the car is in the shop, y'all will get some pix. ;)

One more thing, I just checked the build pix and man are they blurry! I had to take the cam off the tripod to get some shots of the underside. Needless to say the lighting in the shop is not optimum and now a new camera, with larger LCD screen, is on my christmas list!
