I'm installing a hand e-brake in my 68 camaro and i can't figure out how it mounts. There were no instructions in the package and i could not get through on the phone yesterday. I know i have to cut a hole in the floor for the bracket to go through but i just wanted some tips before i started drilling and cutting. Any suggestions?
Thanks

the foot brake. I have the hand brake in mine and the throw is too short and the handle too short, making it almost useless.
I cannot get mine to hold the car and end up leaving it in gear.
After I cut a hole in my trans tunnel I found that the driveshaft was too close. Ended up mounting it on top of the tunnel with supports (about 2 inches) Ran the cables inside the car down the tunnel under the back seat. Let them exit under the back seat by drilling 2 small holes and using rubber groments.
Hope this helps
