Is it just my imagination or what !! Prices look way off on most of Thursday's sales. Still wonder if their is a "backdoor" for those sellers not getting the money!!
Now I hear Formula One 's 09 French Gran Prix is cancelled for economic reasons!!

The first days always suck, the big money will be on the weekend if there is any to be had. Dont be shocked if BJ in Vegas falls on its ass no one wants to do that show because SEMA is right around the corner and Scottsdale BJ is not far off.

People that collect will still be buying and I suspect that the BJ in Vegas will do so-so but the one in Scottsdale will do awesome like he does every year. I am not sure why he thinks he needs so many shows. two a year is good and that is what brings him the hype. His headquarters is right around the corner from us so we watch what they do.

From what I understand, Scottdale will be over soon. The nieghborhood was trying to get rid of the show, that's why they moved it to vegas. Next year there will be no scottdale. This came from BJ's last year at SEMA. I good friend of mine takes about 15 cars out every year and called me last night and said there is a low turn out so far but the week end should be better. I was hoping to go this year but I can't do two trips and SEMA is more important to me.

i was blown away at the deals being made.
has to be some owners crying of camera..
some of the stuff was an absolute steal.
so much has been affected by the shutdown of the residential construction .
not as much money floating around like the last 5 years .im sure some of you guys have felt it in some way. i had expected to see just what happened last night ,happen.
guys with money will be able to get some killer deals this year.

I've noticed some deals as well.....sellers have to be having fits I would imagine!

Also noticed that both Thursday and Friday the place looked pretty much empty as far as attendance compared to their other venues.
