bought this from Paul a while back, but could not initially install it as it did not clear my turbo headers. I spoke with Paul and he custom made me a shorter unit using a Viper master and several pounds of "experiments" in aluminum............ I ran the return line off the unit direct to the ps reservoir with a simple #6 bulkhead fitting, instead of teeing into the existing return line off the steering box.
The brakes are awesome and everything is silky smooth. Quite a difference over the previous power booster, which I thought was fine. Just wanted to publicly thank Paul for the help and give props to a great product.
Yes, I still need to build a new heat shield..........

Do you think routing that line directly to the reservoir gives you better pedal over the standard hose routing?
Car looks bitchen Jody!

Looks amazing!
So what is the down side of 'cooking' the steering fluid? Steering loss? Would it be sudden or a deterioration of the fluid over time from boiling?

I've heard of issues when doing hard sustained track events, and in that case a good cooler is a smart way to go. I have not heard of any issues with normal street driving.

Nice job Jody. Engine bay is very clean especially for twin turbos. Quick question, what MC are you using? Do you have a part number?
thanks

It came from Paul at Hydroboost, believe it's a 92 Viper unit.

Unfortunately he doesn't sell direct anymore. He lists Classic Performance Products as a dealer for his units now.

Jody - does this mean that I have qualified to ride shotgun now? :D
How is it that it looks better bolted up than it did in my hands while building it!? Ah yes, the surrounding canvas...
Yes, I have been waaaaaaaaaay to busy since we have moved to Nashville... though I am here for our Lat-G guys: "info at hydratechbraking dot com"
FYI - AutoKraft, Marquez, DSE, GP Superstore, ATS, Nelson, Schwartz, SC&C, Musclerodz, Fesler, G-Force, Gearheads are just some of the familiar names that are Hydratech dealers.
