On FF's website there's a vid of their nasty sounding 'demo' doing an autocross.

Here's the difference I like over their Cobra 'replicant'.
The builder doesn't need a donor car, but rather "its a complete kit with all-new parts save for running gear."

I love that.. maybe after the camaro is finished i could do one of these.
to bad its not set up for a LSX setup or small block chevy.. I know its a ford, but I love these ls motors.

I wouldn't be surprised if more LS motors go in them them Fords.
But I also think a 4 cammer Ford might grow on once you hear that one in the vid in FF's version of a '33.

You could always build their GSM super car instead that *is* setup for an LSX

The 4 cammers with the blowers are really becoming cool for a retrofit. my problem with them is how wide they are . Makes it hard to work on.
the supercar..:hail: :D

From those building 'em they said the wheelbase is 112".

I wonder what the total $ it would cost to build one. All the extras that the kit doesn't come with. Cause that thing is just so bad a$$. I also wonder how a 6'+ tall person would feel sitting in that thing. Looks small but might not be.

FF says a home builder should be able to keep it just under $40K. In the link below a builder said they could do one with air and a top for about $50K.
I'm gathering 6 footers will have enough room. After all wheelbase is 22 inches longer than the FF Cobra replica.

Nice look, huh?
I'm not saying using tires that skinny but IMHO the car has a 'rich' feel to it. I'd buy some hi speed rated lower profile tires and have Diamond Back put some semi wide white stripes on 'em. I like the roof treatment also. Something to be said for lack of a hood.

I am a FFR owner and I can tell you ... this is not your grand pa's old car... this thing is a wolf in sheeps clothing.. Its made to race.
The GTM is bad to the bone.. and a real G machine.
Here is the FFR build sites from www.ffcobra.com
