I've tried to reach Paul at Hydrotech, but no answer, I've tried to get the part from thier distributors, but they say order it through Hyrdro Tech. Can someone PLEASE tell me where to get the fitting for the return line on the booster. Its the 5/16-24 O-ring fitting with an elbo to a barbed fitting to fit a 3/8's return line. This is driving me crazy. I have the straight fitting, but it takes the line straight towards the steering, too close.

goodluck with getting ahold of them, really poor service for existing customers before they went non direct.
try mike at musclerodz, he seems to be about the only one to get ahold of them

After looking at their site it states you can still order items from the Accessories page, http://www.hydratechbraking.com/products/accessories.html

I am pretty sure the item you are looking for is HYDRATECH 9100, which is the seventh item from the bottom of the page.

Thanks Rod, but I tried to do that very thing and it say's the host is no longer taking orders or something to that effect. Oh well, I can't wait forever so I have decided to go ahead and tap the 5/16-24 hole to a 1/8 NPT and get a fitting that is a lot more common to find. My question now is how important is the size of the hole in their fitting, its like a restrictive type fitting with about a 1/16" through hole, I guess I'll go ahead and make that size hole in my elbow I make to fit the 1/8 pipe nipple I put in the Hydro unit. I'll post some pics when I finish cause I'm going ahead and modifying the power steering unit to have a separate port for this return line. I just could never get that T-joint to look right, purely visual, I just couldn't hide it like I wanted to.

heres some stuff, doing it this way is bulky, and will need 3 pieces, the adapter to 1/8th pipe, a 1/8th pipe 90º and a straight 1/8 pipe to 3/8 barb for your return line, or you can go 1/8 pipe to #6 for return
heres the only specialty fitting needed, the others you can get at napa or kragen or something
theres a straight 5/16-24 o ring fitting

I just bought a hydroboost with wilwood MC, I got everything from CCP.

They have everything associated with hydroboost.

I promised a picture of what I had to do to get my Hydraboost to work. I ran a seperate line to the power steering reservoir and the system works flawlessly. I also went ahead and welded up the stock return line on the reservoir and added another for the steering right below the brake return line so they would match.
