I wore the jeans cause I thought it was going to be cold. Figures the hottest day of the year and I decided to travel across the country with jeans:_paranoid I had a great time meeting every body and I had to get everyone together for the shot. I'm hoping to keep traveling around and continue meeting the Lateral-G community. Who knows what state I'll be in next?

Perfect thread title, Blake! Good one!
Hey, at least we weren't wearing the official NW uniform; socks and sandals! And Kenny, your body type is better suited to NSRA! Read Fat and Old!
We had a great time and it was cool to see everyone but the long distance award definitely goes to Mark/BigTyme1 all the way from York, PA who also gets big credit for just putting himself out there and saying who lives near here? and then calling to get together just to bench race and have fun and he is also the one who got everyone together for the photo. He's the new official Lateral-g ambassador and has an attitude and outward willingness that more people should adopt!
Great to meet you Mark! It was really cool getting to know you last week and great to see the rest of the guys. Can't wait to see you all at SEMA!

Thanks Guys, this was my second G showing the first was Florida with Frank and his family. Maybe will try columbus one day, it all depends where the company sends me. I try to plan it around you guys so I can continue meeting and building friendships. After I got home I was looking at some of the pictures and realized there is alot of Talent in that one shot that Blake put up. It amazing that I'm meeting you guys from US and Canada. Good chance I'm going to Irlend in two years for my wifes 40th,who knows? Blake I hope you made it accross the line ok. Jason it was a pleasure to meet you and your wife. Craig, the personal tore was allsome, but I think you should give away a subframe with every tore. Anthony. we have been talking on the phone for over a year and boy what you have helped me with, great to meet you and your wife. Tim and Chris Thanks for the cook out and the laughs. sorry I forgot the other two guys names. Blake the car is perfect and I'm hoping to come up your way in the future. I have to do something... I have got one of those NSRA bodies...Either I go back on Atkins soon or I'm going to have to sell all my first gen stuff, and get me a deuce highboy, with a color coordinated lawn chair.

i am leaning that way too. figure it is easier to buy a 32 than to transform the KEG into a 6 pack

It was really good to see everyone, and that show was waaaaay better than I expected it to be. My brain is fried from the long trip, and I'm glad to be home, but we will be back next year.

There should be an effort to see how many people can be gathered at sema for a group shot, post up a day, time, and place at the show.Roger has to be in the back row.

Because everybody will hate me for my great body, Or cuz I'm 10 feet tall? I do make a good land mark, nobody ever loses me at a carshow that is for sure.
It amazing, I was just pointing out the obvious with the large selection of cargo shorts, I was not making a fashion judgement. I am by means qualified for that judgement with selection of clothing. And now I think I motivated everyone to update their wardrobe and lose 10 lbs.

10#, yeah. Me dropping 10# would be like putting a carbon fiber seat in a sherman tank to save weight! :willy:

I get to attend SEMA this year and I'm really looking forward to it. It would be great to meet a bunch more of the crew from the site that I haven't met at Columbus. I even missed several people at Columbus this year since there wasn't a Lat-G meeting spot. I can't wait !! :woot:

I thought the 48 sunscreen I gave you was enough to cover those Candian arms...
SEMA A bunch of us are getting together for drinks this year, along with going to both dinners, the more the merrier, I don't think 'cargo shorts' in Vegas will be hot item...I might bring a camara for a couple of group shots.

What do you suppose will be the hot item in Vegas if the cargo shorts are not on the list???
and if you only knew how little sun those arms get to see!!! i was really trying to even out the tan and not look so much like the Farmer. perhaps i should not have used the sun screen on my NECK  that way i would blend in Better.
