Rebuilding a 4L60E

Are there any good step by step books on rebuilding these yourself. I've got 2 laying around and would like to rebuild one. I only seem to find books on manual transmissions and the TH350/400.

by getting the planetaries with 5 gears. Just make sure to get the American made ones, as the cheaper offshore ones aren't any stronger than the stock 4 pinion carriers due to weaker material.
