Does anyone know who makes the tail lights on this car

Those are Digi-Tails sequential LED's. We have sold a bunch of them.

do they only come in that style or can you get the led grid's made to fit any tail light?

Each light is specific to its vehicle. They are not generic lights like some that are available.
