A thanks goes to Tyler At ATS for his help. Replaced my Hooker, Super Comp conversion headers 1 3/4" with the ATS ss 1 7/8" Tri-Ys, 3" exhaust all the way to Flowmaster Delta 50's, added DMH cutouts for fun.

Initially one tube didn't fit at the steering box- common problem. Sent them back to ATS, they reworked them and returned them within the same week!
Got a 69 Camaro vert with an LME built LS7. We massaged the headers only slightly to get around the box. Re-tuned the car with the new exhaust and new MW alum. driveshaft.

Goal was 500whp. The tuner stated the engine was very temp sensitive and the dyno shop was 100 degress at 50% humidity. On the Dyno Dynamics dyno got 502whp! Even better the TQ curve flattened out and increased from 3500-7000. Can't wait to pavement test it tomorrow!

Thanks Tyler.

Anything for you Dave.

Didn't I tell you it would break the 500hp mark with these? Glad to be of help. Now post up pics.

I'll post pics next week. The car goes to a show 7/12.
For comparison, a new 08 427 ZO6 was dynoed on same dyno, cooler day. It had long tube headers, cold air intake, manual-mine is an 4l60e. It put down 444whp. So I'm stoked with the results. :woot:

Yes they do fit the DSE hydroformed frame. They do not fit the Morrision chassis though.
