I am almost to the point where I will begin building my sheetmetal floor. I would like to know what you guys suggest me to use where two pieces of metal are sandwiched together. This I mean, between the top of my frame rails and floor. A few areas will probably require weld primer, but what about the non welded areas.

Has anyone ran into any other products out there to coat their floor with other than eastwood or por-15 products?

Looking at Sherwain Williams website and there seems to be several marine coatings that would work. I would like to apply something to the underbody that was a rubberized solid similar to the bedliners, but have it go on smooth. They make an a$$ load of tank coating also. What do you think?

You could use epoxy, stay about a quarter inch away from your spot welds with the epoxy, you can brush it on if you want to where the metal will be sandwiched together. On my web site I did a test with weld thru-primer and epoxy to see how far a mig weld would burn it back.

Also on my site under floor pans I have some pictures where I show how far I stayed back for the plug welds that hold the floor pan to the floor supports.

Anyway, just trying to help.

When I did mine last year (replaced ALL metal) , I just primed everything not worrying about the weld as I punched/drilled holes in the floor pans, sanded them to bare metal where I felt they may not weld well and then re-primed those spots and applied brushable seam sealer.... On the bottom I did something different and used SEM's truck-bed liner so it would be bullet-proof so to speak.....

I have a LOT of pictures at fquick.com, my id is ragtop396.....

If I understand it all correctly (and i'm NOT a professional), as long as it's all sealed, rust will not form. That's why I used the truck-bed liner underneath... You've got to have air (and water) entering to start rust.
