Help with 4 Wheel Disk e-brake cable??

Can someone provide me with a contact for a "custom" intermediate e-brake cable for a '69 camaro with 12 bolt? I installed a rear disk brake set-up from vette brakes which has been sitting around for a while.. The instructions do not provide any info about the intermediate cable needing replaced. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you call Lokar, they should be able to help you out. I just installed one of their cable kits on a 69 Camaro w/rear discs and it worked perfect.
