I have been friends with Ben for a long time now and I know he wont toot his own horn so I am going to do it for him...if he likes it or not!
Working with D3 Research and Design Ben came up with an amazing appearance package for the new CTS-V.
Congrats on the great work bro! I hope everyone enjoys it...and the hot girls standing next to it!

Ha ha, thanks!:D This project was a blast, the team at D3 is incredible. We went through several rounds of concepts and revisions with the goal of creating something that had a refined form-follows-function appearance package that reflects the performance gains D3 achieved. I'd love to hear what everyone thinks about it....don't worry, I have very thick skin so please be honest.

For the record, I had no input on the girls in the photo shoot. :D
Here's the rendering the build was based on if anyone's interested:

Way to go, Ben! The rendering looks great and they reproduced it beautifully! Keep us posted on what else you design for them!

The body kit looks great, but I like the grille in your rendering better than that mesh crap on the actual car.

Looks great.
Looks great. Those are cool cars, too... I had some seat time in a 6-cyl and liked it a lot... the CTS-V should be killer!

Any idea if GM fixed the rear suspension and rear end problem?

John-I'll give you one as soon as you send one of yours to me!
Zee- I have a face more suited for radio so it's safe to say Hollywood won't be knocking down my door any time soon.
Thanks guys!

Hey Ben, I meant to ask you about the hood with the rear facing scoops or extractors? How come they didn't do a hood? I think that'd been killer, like in your concept rendering...

Yeah, I guess it's just one of those things that ended up on the cutting room floor. If I remember correctly, it was too much like the Mitsu Lancer EVO for them.
