The guys at Psm Performance Fabrication would like to say hello and introduce ourselves and one of our current projects, a 66 convertible Plymouth Satellite. The car is currently 60% done. All sheet metal/chassis work was done in house. The engine was set back 3 inches from the stock location and dropped to lower center of gravity, while keeping it all under the hood

- Custom dual quad 426 Hemi
- Torqueflite 727 w/Gear vendor overdrive
- Full 2x4 chassis
- Dana 60 3.73 Truetrac posi
- Modified four-link w/ x-bone for lateral control
- 3/4 inch Speedway eng sway bar
- QA1 coil-overs mounted out board of frame
- Tubular upper/lower control arms
- GM F-body 2in drop spindles
- T-bird power R&P
- Speedway eng front sway bar 48 spline .188 wall
- Willwood four piston disc brakes
- Willwood master & proportioning valve
- Boyd coddington classic II front 17x8 rear 18x10
- 30 gallon custom gas tank

Looks like some really nice fabrication there. I'm impressed!

soon the exhaust system will be done and we will be able to show you a lot of underside shots. we have over 500 cataloged pictures of this build, so many more pictures are to come :) we will also be showing off our 69 mustang project when it is a little more completed.

I'm curious - more specifics on the front suspension if you can?

It looks like a GM spindle???????? How did you design it etc.

I'm just curious and nosy. The car looks sweet. Keep the pics coming!

That's a sweet looking rear suspension setup. Are your rear wheels on backwards in the 2nd pic?

yes it a GM spindle, and the rest of the front suspension is a no limit design.

We just got the car back from Tom Face(scottys mufflers) with the headers and exhaust system done. Here are a few underside shots.
Scottys used the following parts:
SPD 3/8 cnc flanges

SPD merge collectors

2" primary tubes

SPD V-band clamps

Spintech 3" oval tubing

3" round tubing

6 heavy duty hangers drilled and tapped to the frame.

Spintech 3" round in/3" oval out mufflers

Looks amazing so bring my car over and a blank check huh lol.I was wondering how well the x bone set up works i have read a lot about but no real world proof yet.

I just saw your reply to my thread. This looks like a fantastic build. I have dreamed of doing a radical build to my '66 Belvedere also. This time around I am going the more conservative route and building it for the F.A.S.T. class drag racing. I am starting with an original Hemi car on this build. Next time, I want to start with my very first car, a 318 Belvedere. Any and all information that you can send my about your build would be much appreciated.
