After 4 years of street abuse, my Camaro finally makes it onto the cover of Super Chevy June edition. The photos were taken at my shop in Hughson, CA and through the local foothills. The Camaro has been shown at local shows, however, this cover is the first big exposure I have had. Thanks Steve Rupp for making this possible.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. The photo shoot was crazy! I only had about 3 days to clean up the car that I use as a daily driver. It was tough. Now I'm back to driving it again and considering some changes. Maybe more boost, auto trans, get rid of the noisy detroit locker...

Thanks! Yeah, some of my friends had the same reaction as you. I didn't tell very many people about the cover shot. Alot of my friends are having a hard time finding a Super Chevy magazine. Seems like there is a very limited supply and vendor locations. My local Barnes and Noble does not carry it.

congrats! nice cover. What intake manifold are you running, nice article.

Thanks. You've got a real awsome looking camaro.
The article was pretty short. Not to many specs:( . oh well. Anyways, the intake was built by me back in 2002. The intake is two peice, upper is sheet metal and the lower is billet along with the throttle body and the fuel rails. The throttle body alone was a solid piece 6"x6"x6" aluminum before I put it in the cnc mill. I'm working on a different design intake(longer runners) that I hope to have done soon.

Congrats. I had the same question on the manifold. I bought the mag. just to look at your car. Super nice!! Since you are changing out the manifold, sell this one to me! Please! I am putting EFI in my 69 Corvette, and this would fit nicely under the hood. Please PM me to let me know if you are willing to sell.

Thanks,
BT
