They pretty much do it all through email. Just try to make your message sound urgent:lol: and leave your phone number in the message. They have alway's gotten back with me promptly. Good luck. Great products, by the way!

I never had any luck with that company. They're in Chicagoland as we are.
Contacted them several times regarding ordering several systems.
Called me back a few days later, scheduled a meeting, never showed up, I rescheduled our meeting again, then they didn't show again and didn't call me again.
I finally gave up on them. I figured they didn't need the business.

We've got their set up in black on a LS7. Very nice stuff. We deal with Southern Performance Systems. Great people!

I dont have much nice to say about the customer service but the parts are maybe the nicest out there.
I have all the pulleys and brackets sitting on the bench for about a month now but still have no water pupe, fluidamper, ac, power steering, or alternator and cant get any info on where this stuff is.
I also need to order two more complete kits for other customers cars but cant seem to get those ordered either....

Agreed.................it's very frusterating.....was very helpful in someways...........not so very helpful in others..............when you got ahold of him........................I have his cell phone number as well.......................when he answers it.................
Nice stuff though.............if you have a drive by wire set up, it's one of the few options if you want things symetrical looking...............
