It amazes me that people hoard away stuff like that thinking there sitting on a gold mine. You'd have to bust your a$$ to ever recover an investment of 1.6m from all that. Doesn't even included the land!
That being said, I'd still love to have a shopping spree there with a big truck and bigger trailer...

Yeah it's not THAT big. 1.6 mill seems insanely optimistic.

But I can always fantasize about dropping an air conditioned shop on that lot and retiring. :D

yeah, good chance it would take you 10 years just to remove it all and maybe cost you 1 million. Pointless to sell it all without the land.

Looks like more parts available than there are cars/projects that need them. Not too much of a market for that stuff.

Of course, I'm not a resto kinda guy so what do I know?

The car collection looks like a ton of fun to go thru, imagine all the stories those cars would tell. And for the stoner crowd, 8 tracks and drug parafenelia(sp).

Wow, bit of an obsessive-compulsive disorder going on there. I've seen some serious hoarding in my time, but that takes the cake. I'm willing to bet the kids are selling that stuff off after a parent died. Most people who collect at that level have such an emotional attachment to their stuff that selling it isn't even an option. They would fall to pieces without it.

You know he's a North-easterner...He labeled the picture of the Grumman canoe, but didn't label the 4 sets of Mopar cross-rams intakes :_paranoid

That Canoe is WICKED SWEET!

What? Thats up for sale again?? I thought it sold 4 years ago.

We figured it would cost $2.3 just to cover the EPA fines! well...thats when they were selling the land.

He posts it once every so often. My guess is it's cheap advertising for his yard.

The land IS included in the sale. As for cheap advertising I have heard he does not sell anything he only will sell it all together. If you think he's nut's the guy that bought all the semi trailer full of part's from Wisconson a year or two ago, he paid almost double that with shipping and he got less than half of what is for sale here and he didn't get any land.

Your correct ... land is included.
So Wisconson guy paid 3m+ for a trailer (1) full of parts? Really? Maybe for the rarest NOS parts, maybe...

Not ONE trailer sorry should have been more clear I think it was 8 or 10 -12 something like that. And inside some of the trailers there was 1 LS6 Chevelle and 1 Yenko Camaro plus a couple of others. I will try to find the link to the story.
