Since I have decided to go the whole pro touring look i ditched the old slapper bars. They were just too joe dirt looking. My question now Is what should I run ? no bars?
How bout Traction master style, under ride shelby bars like the old trans am cars ran?

The rear suspension is just 5 leaf with urethane bushings and heavy duty shackles, and KYB Gas adjusts.

408 Twin turbo ! estimated 700whp
315 35 17 Nitto 555Rs,
I guess I dont expect it to ever hook, just want to know what the better choise would be?

How bout caltracs?

BTW the car is street driven Hard, might see the track once or twice a year.
High speed stability is a must.

No I Can't afford a 3 link or four link or anything exotic. Just the basics.

Honestly, I would have an engineered set of leaf spring made. It costs much less than a link suspension, they are proven performers... and you wont have the associated bind issues or anything hanging from the bottom of the car.

With the power you are thinking about... its either a set of springs or go with a set of Cal-Trac's. Remember, the spring controls the stability of the chassis moreover than that of a bolt on gizmo... no matter what it is.

Mike,

I'm not making the horsepower for this upgrade yet so, I'm sorry I can't help with your question. I am however interested in your reuslts so, let us know what you decide on & let us know how it works out.

BTW, is the 2 turbos in your car now or is that future plans?
