Hi everyone! I am looking for an intank fuel pump for my LS1 that will be twin turbocharged and I estimated around 600-700hp. I was looking at running two walbro 255lph but was curious on other options. I think this might be my cheapest route but was hoping for you opinions. I was told about a bosch 044 fuel pump but I believe that it is only an inline pump rather than an intank fuel pump. Thanks alot

I'm running two pumps(staged). One is a walbro 255 and the other is an aeromotive eliminator pump. The walbro pump runs the engine for normal driving(30% throttle or less) and is very quiet and I have had no problems with it.Two of them should give you enough flow rate providing that each pump has its own seperate inlet pick up and large enough outlet line. Hope this helps.

those are really popular with the Lightning guys (as you probably know with your username........ ) and support your power level with no problem. I run two of the Bosch Porsche turbo pumps and they work great also.

Do you guys have any pics of your setups? With two pumps did you run 2 supplys and one return fuel line? What size fuel lines would you recommend? I was thinking maybe -6AN or -8AN for supply and return. If you tied them together in the tank does that affect any flow rates? Ideally i would like to have the least amount of fuel lines running done my frame mainly because of cosmetics but I won't let cosmetics affect performance. Thanks alot

I'm running a -12 from the tank to the aeromotive pump and a -8 from the tank to the walbro pump. Then I ran a -10 from the aeromotive pump to the engine. The walbro pump has a -6 line for its oulet that is tee'd in ahead of the aeromotive pump after a check vavle. I used a -6 for the return line.

Hey Jody I am also planning on running two pumps (staged)...a couple q's if you don't mind...are the Bosch Porsche Turbo pumps fairly quiet? Got any pics of one, part number? I've never seen one...I'm trying to scope out how big they are physically, mounting considerations, etc....the pump is a straight-through inline design, right? What are it's inlet/outlet fittings, they can't be AN (?) Thanks! -Rob
