I have done a few searches for a good hood lock for my 69 Camaro. I am planning on layering the security in my car, but I want to make it more difficult to get under the hood so I am looking for hood lock solutions.

So far I have found the Wolo Hood Lock (Model #207 with a 7' cable for full sized cars used to be sold by JCWhitney):

Seemed like a simple but effective item to lock down your hood. But I emailed the manufacturer (Wolo) and they stated they discontinued it :(

Now there is the Aerocatch:

Which looks interesting but requires cutting up ones hood to install. Which kind of rules out the locking hood pins that are made as well.

I'm looking for something similar to the Wolo hood lock:

which would be installed thusly (see attachment), for a nice clean unseen installation. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
