I am pretty sure Ron Pratt has a large car museum. Not sure about Doug Resiter

Ron Pratte owns one of the largest framing, concrete, trim companies in the
country. He is based out of AZ. but also builds in Nevada. He partnered with Pulte homes to build 5,000 homes back in 2004. Self made. I don't think he opens his collection to the public....hopefully, some day.

If I remember correctly, Pratt bought the red Motion SuperCoupe as well. I have lots of respect for folks that are self-made like that. Hell of a business to be in, much like Steve Sandlin being in Lumber in Vegas.

In 2004 Pulte was the 4th largest builder in the nation. Pratte has established a niche for providing volume services to some of the biggest General contractors out in that area. When Pulte tried there approach here in wisconsin, our companies finish carpentry division was contracted out to do all there homes. They lasted about 4yrs year to do IMO that this state is still traditional in building from ground up in lieu of panel walls coming in on semi trucks. Kudos to Ron hes established himself very well.

I believe I read Ron Pratt sold his business recently, I'm sure a quick search would bring up the info. It would be amazing to see his collection, only open to family and friends.

To add to this, I believe his name is Dave, not Doug.

Thanks for the name correction on Ressler. cool on them both, I was just wondering both of them seem to buy up 1/2 the cars at Barrett

The guy in the ferrari hat was a nobody that got fired.

Pratt and Ressler are some class acts. I love what Pratt did with the Tony Stewart car, and somehow I just could feel Ressler's bump of his own bid to 1 million coming!

It is so cool those guys doing this for these worthy charities

I was speaking with someone down in AZ. about it and he said that Pratte did sell his business for a rumored $200million. I was also told that they could possibly get me in to see his collection. If I am able to get in I'll take some pics and post them up(if allowed).

I remember hearing that Pratte had sold 49% of his business a few years ago for 85mil. That year he supposedly spent over 5 mil on about 50 cars at Barrett-Jackson. I heard he sold the rest of the company maybe a year or two ago. Perfect time to sell the company. I don't think Pulte is framing many homes these days.

Ressler strikes me as someone that spends way too much on Corvettes just to be seen on Camera. He even has a booth that sells T-shirts, hats etc with his name on them. Pretty funny.

Agreed.
Ressler is a camera hog. Remember seveal years ago when he sold several 69 Z/28's. He had a different blazer the same color as the car he was selling.
