Hey Parker, Thanks for the link. I've already seen that one. I'm still researching a Morrison chassis and I have a fellow coming down this Saturday morning to see how difficult it would be on my Bel Air. The gut's name is Bryan Fuller. He's the younger guy on Two Guys Garage on Sunday morning. We'll see what he has to say.:thumbsup:

If I rmember right.... to use a Morrison chassis, you will have to completely cut the whole factory floor pan away and build a new one. The only other chassis manufacturer who makes one specific for the X frame car is Progressive http://www.progressiveautomotive.com. With his, you retain about 90% of the original floor pan. I think this chassis also keeps most of the original floor in place.

Thanks for the info. It looks like we have exactly the same car. Bryan is coming to my house this Saturday to talk about it and I'll pass the info. along to him. I sopke to Morrison and they told me I would have to do sheet metal work that is way beyond my capability. I'll check out the link you sent.

Bryan stopped by this weekend. I asked him if his dad was a drag race fabricator. He says no, but that he gets that comment a lot. He is the man though. He seems very talented.:thumbsup:
