I looked over at amccars.net and amx-perience.com but they both are pretty dead. I know these are not popular cars, but you would think there would be at least one active forum for them.

I just sold my 79 TA and am buying a 74 AMX from DDY RCKT, looking to find out what wheels will work on the car and what different things I can do to it.

Anyone got anything?

Get you a wheelrite or borrow it off someone there worth every penny.

I may buy a wheelrite, I am always looking to swap wheels on my cars, it will always come in handy.

And I will keep you all updated. With the vision I have in my mind, this should be one mean machine.

Birdman,
Try " theamcforum.com " . I have a 70 Javelin that's currently in the body shop and engine is in the machine shop. Welcome to the AMC world. amccars.net is pretty active, just post your question and you should get several answers. Both forums are very helpful. I also like the hump fender javelins. My sons have a 71 and a 73. Nice cars. Hope this helps.
