Yes it was! Saw it last night, and when he said he was going to jump again we all yelld 'NO!' that's when people get hurt!! Dude's just crazy!! :wow:

Exactly...Makes you wonder what Evel would have been capable of (or would have tried to do, maybe I should say!) if he had today's technology available to him (ie a mile of suspension travel, featherlight bike, etc)...

When you see Evel in that old footage, where he's landing you see the impact shock wave just go through his whole body...Not to take anything away from him, but, This Robbie Madison guy looks like he could go enjoy a round of golf afterwards LOL...

Hey, that's right. I forgot about that. I watched the teaser video and it looked insane. I just don't see it working, but I'd love to watch the video! :D

I read on Racer X that the guy got hurt practicing (flipping the truck) for the stunt last week so they called it off.

Ah, now I see. The kicker folds down after the front wheels hit it. I was wondering how the truck would rotate in the air.

Sucks that he broke his back and neck, though. Looks like he had it dialed in.

I've cleared a few big gaps before, but that jump make them all look tiny! That's just crazy.

The guy in the truck....well, there's a fine line between clever and stupid.

Man I said the same thing. To pull that jump off twice no matter how skilled he is was damn lucky.
