Well, heck, even at "way too nice to drive" you still gotta list a price.

Oh, and, what a super nice 55. Just awesome.

Richard,
Good luck with the sale. For anyone who has not seen the car in person, it is a VERY nice ride. We worked together while I was at Budnik on those wheels.

I did , I started the build of the car in the fall of 2001 ,and finished it the spring of 2006 , the only thing I did not do is the body and paint and the interior work , all the metal work ,frame ,design, ect was done by me .

not sure why it did it ,but the # 1 side broke both cams at the drive gears and ate up the valves

That is a killer looking 55. I would never take that thing to Barrett Jackson though. To me that's gambling.

Send me some specs on the chassis geometry and design. I want to do something similar with my 67 chevelle. I already have the c5 components and ready to go!

The front has been narrowed 9 inchs and the rear has been narrowed 7inchs , the torque tube is 9 3/4 inchs longer ,I used an earlier corvette rack ,all custom made sway bar front and rear ,as for the design ,it all has to do with how low you want the car to sit ,floor height ,wheel size ,ect . I wanted a low floor height ,so I made my main rails run in the centre of the car ,
