Entire car collection for sale in MA

Hey everyone,

I just heard about this guy local to me in MA that has a collection of 50+ cars that he is looking to unload ASAP. He's had the collection since the early 60's and moved it once in 1990 where it sits waiting to be rescued now. I'm going over to look at it Monday AM (12/30/07).

I've got my eye on a few for myself but I have no idea what the condition of each car is other than the bad photos I've seen of the inside of the warehouse. I also don't know what the prices of each are but here's a list.

The owner just wants to get rid of the stuff and try to break even on the 17 years of rent he's had in the current building. (approx. $120K)

If anyone is interested please email me and tell me what to look at and what to ask. I've got some photos of groups of cars but nothing really detailed. I can email those.

No takers huh.... Here's the updated list after looking everything over. I also added tentative values from a couple sources.

Estimated values assume these are all non-drivable, complete cars that need a full restoration. Without mechanically diagnosing every single one it may take $2-3K to get them drivable. It's hard to tell. Moisture damage is evident on the interiors with significant mildew and musty smell.

Warehouse on Jacques St, Worcester, MA, look for signs.
Directions:

From East- Rte 290W, exit 10 in Worcester, Right on Hope ave, Right on Webster St, under RR bridge and right on Jacques St, follow signs to the back of the property (behind chain link fence)

From West-Rte 290E, exit 11 (College Sq), straight onto Southbridge st, under 290 overpass, Left on Cambridge St, Slight Left on Freemont St, Right onto Webster St, under RR bridge and right onto Jacques St, follow signs to the back of the property (behind chain link fence).
