Well since new Forgeline wheels are not in the budget I have been thinking about doing something to spice up my current Torque Thrust 2 wheels. They are the fully polished models. My 69 Camaro is Graphite grey with light silver ralley stripes. I was thinking about matching the spokes to the main body color.
What is the best method for the spokes??? Powercoating/painting/anodizing??
My color looks almost identical to Jody's new color on Mal2tude.

Annodizing is out since the whole wheel would have to be dipped. Powdercoating would work, but I'd think that you'd have more choices in colors and texture with paint.

Check Kevin's V8TV final sema interview with Troy and the 40 (?)

Troy explained how they prep and paint wheels on their cars and what product they used.

We've painted alot of wheels. A good self etching primer will help you out. Clean the surface really well, tape the lip off, primer and paint. Give yourself about 20 minutes between light even coats. It'll come out nice! For the DIY hint, use dupli-color spray cans. They spray very evenly. The wheels on my Roadrunner were done with Dupli-color spray can:

Thanks for all the info...Driverzinc.....That came out sweet. Do you clear coat it after or is it good to go??? Repeated washing with soap/water wont affect it?? Thanks Ron
