Chrismas came early- The cover of Super Chevy Magazine

I have to share my excitement with you guys, my 67 camaro got the cover of Super Chevy and a feature inside. Im jumping out of my skin with excitement, Im so stoked! So many of you guys have inspired me, especially Tom Lee and Steve Rupp's 68 camaros, building this car was a blast in my little garage(1 car, article says 2 car) with my son John(16). What a dream come true for a backyard mechanic loving hot rods since the day I could drive. Its so cool!

You don't by any chance live in/around Northern Jersey and go to the Wyckoff cruise night do you? I guessing by that cover pic and your user name you had that yellow '67 'vert?

The rag top was a beast, I sold it recently and hope to use the funds for my next project car. If the winter ever ends in NJ stop by and say hello next time we are at wycoff.

Sorry, my name is Doug. I usually bring my red lowered fullsize Chevy pick-up w/ the Whipple on it to the cruise night. This year it wasn't there a whole lot being I brought my daughter with me. I will definatly stop by in the spring.:D

The cover looks very cool. I actually had this happen to me twice. The first time was a cover shot on a small mag. called Camaro Performers and the second time was a cover shot \ feature in a mag. called Chevy Rumble. Both times I bought every copy in the grocery store! Attached is a PIC.

Tom-You are right about that, I got this bright idea to roll my quarter panel lip up for a little additional room and weld it to the outer wheel house. Only to find myself on fire while welding the damn thing-human tiki torch not fun. You quickly relize why people invest in the proper PPE.

Steve- A banner would be very cool, PM me the info when you get time, on what you need.
