Jody already knows I'm in for a ceramic coated 600 steering box. :)

Thanks for the support guys. Troy, according to Kyle this new box has as much if not a bit more than your 800 box as far as turning radius. It doesn't come with #6 fittings but they have them available or you can get them locally.

Are the fittings on the 600 box M16x1.5 and M18x1.5 O-ring type? If so I already have the adapters in my current box and can yank them out.

Yes, they are. I love the box - just need to resolve my high pressure leak problem. Apparently the machining tolerances vary. My o-ring would get cut but Kyle is aware and working on a fix.

They retail at DSE for $375. Group buy pricing would be $340/pair.

No Rick, they're on the back burner. He's trying to get the front billet park lights and the 67-8 tails.

I just got an email from Kyle and the "Kyle" discount is nice but this one is nicer. I am going to need to order a bunch of stuff. I also have a few questions that I will ask in my email. Thanks for this chance to save some $$

Thanks James. We could not do this pricing without the support of Detroit Speed. We are doing the best we can to save you guys some money!

They're hoping to have it out by the end of the year; the move really put them behind on some of the new stuff.

I know you do and I just spoke with Pascual this week about it again. He has a very good guy lined up, gonna be expensive I think. Waiting on his schedule. I VERY much appreciate you doing this!

I can't wait to install the thing... mostly because my current 800 box has become so bad over the last week I've actually pretty much stopped driving the car for safety reasons! Right now my 800 box has a HUGE dead zone on center (i.e. you move the wheel quite a bit and the sucker keeps going straight; it has about 1/16 of a turn of slop), and when you do turn it "sticks" there, even if you let go of the steering wheel in the middle of a turn it won't straighten itself out; it just keeps turning! I can barely keep the thing in my own lane on the freeway the dead zone is so large, and when I do make a steering correction the wheel sticks there and I have to jerk it back, then it sticks again and I have to bring it back the other way.... I must look like a sailboat tacking!
