I have owned this car since 1995 and it has been in driving condition all that time up to January of 2004 when it was disassembled for body work and paint. The body and all removable body panels have been media blasted and primed with DuPont Veriprime. Every body panel on this car is in great shape, with the exception of the hood which will need some body work, the drivers door which has a couple dings in it, and the trunk lid which will need to be replaced. The frame has been sandblasted and powder coated semi-gloss black and is attached to the body with new DSE (Detroit Speed and Engineering) solid aluminum body mounts and stainless steel bolts. The inner fender wells have also been powder coated the same color. The bottom of the car has also been painted with DuPont semi-gloss black.

The car was originally a standard V8 Camaro with butternut yellow paint and a black vinyl top, and had a 327cu with a Muncie M-22 four speed transmission (body plate picture available on request). Later a ’69 Z28 hood and front and rear spoilers were added for a Z28 look. I still have the original 327cu engine, which is now on a rolling engine dolly (included with the car); however the drivetrain was replaced by a 1998 Chevrolet 5.7L LS1 and Tremec T-56 six speed transmission.

The interior of the car is complete and includes (seats, carpet, headliner, sun visors, rear view mirror, door panels, arm rests, window cranks, door handles, kick panels, sill plates, glove box door, speaker deck cover, dash pad, center dash bezel, pedal assembly, gauge cluster, and A-pillar trim. All of the original glass is intact and comes with the car. This includes the front windshield, driver and passenger side door glass as well as the triangle pieces and rear quarter glass.
