Well it may sound stupid, but this is my first build and I want to be sure I'm doing it right. I'm learning as I go. I'm building a '68 Firebird with a carb sbc with an Edelbrock mechanical fuel pump with 3/8" inlet/outlet. Year One and Classic Industries sell 3/8" fuel feed line but only 1/4" return hard lines. I like the idea of using a stainless steel braided line anyway, but wanted to be sure I'm not doing anything wrong by running -6 AN (corresponds with 3/8" right?) line on both the inlet and outlet lines. What is everyone else running for carb engines? Thanks guys.

6AN should be fine for a carb

I see where I was confused. In the Classic Industries catalog they show a 3/8" fuel feed line and a 1/4" return line for my car. I didn't think most people had a fuel return line on a carbuerated system. With so many options in fuel sending units I wanted to be sure I get the right one. I'll only need the -6 AN feed line and no reurn line, correct? Boy I feel like a such a rookie...
