I am working on a 58 Jaguar and need to go through the brakes on it. The guy that owns the car wants to put 4 wheel disc brakes on it. My question is do any of you know of any aftermarket kits that would fit or who would be the best company to call. The problem I have is the master cylinder is vertical and not horizontal and the brake booster is on the other side of the motor compartment.
Thanks for the help guys, Novacaine:willy:

OK come on guys. We have to much knowledge on here. Somebody has to know something or somebody who does.
Ahhhh.... no idea. He should just sell it and buy a Camaro.
Just kidding, sorry, I'm no help.

 I wish he would but I guess he has his heart set on it. He is building it for his wife as a daily driver.

There is (or used to be?) a company called Jags That Run (or GTR) that specialized in doing small block chevy swaps into Jags and also selling the related swap parts (brackets, etc). These guys would be a good place to start, because if there is someone out there with an off-the-shelf product to help with your brake upgrade, they would probably know where to find it...-Rob

I don't know how much help this will be, but call Images auto body in Campbell Ca. Dave Ferguson at Images does a lot of Jags and belongs to the Bay Area Jag club here. his number is 408-371-1493. He might be able to help.
