I will give you an answer if you can first tell me the difference between g-machine and pro-touring.

There really isn't one.. HOWEVER... I see PT as the more expensive side of the segment and generally it will have more modern ammenities (AC, Stereo, cush, etc).. A g-Machine is mostly all about lateral and braking performance.
But both labels get annoying after awhile.. lol
Cool car.. looks to be more in the Pro-Touring side of the equation.

Hard to say based on a picture. Give us some specs on it.
Based off that single picture...I say Yes. I mean its hard to really tell but it looks like a serious driving car. it may just be a fiberglass shell on a racecar body, but from what I see I say yes.
Ugly front end? Yes as well...

I would say without specs anything is just a guess, but looks more "g-machine" to me, and for the front end, ugly is fast!

Look like its meant to be fast... but does it really go that fast that it needs such a large chin spoiler?
I mean, if they are going for the "custom" look, then sure... why not. Not my thing.

We've discussed this car before. http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=3691
Info on that car, I think it rides on Air. Rims are BBS Challenge, Probably BMW rims. The guy has a custom company, and the Camaro is his showcase. Has Corvette C5 taillights, that IMHO don't fit the car.

G machine or Street Fighter IMO. Lose the lettering on the sides and it looks less "tuner". I like it, overall.

I'm with Jeff... G-machine or StreetFighter. The front valance would definately help it at higher speeds though...
Its actually a little too priddy to be a streetfighter. Maybe it just needs a little road time to knock off the shine :unibrow:
