michelin tires life span??

I am looking to buy a set of 335 30 18 michelin pilots off a guy.He has owned them for 2 years but never mounted them.They still have the stickers on them and was wondering what is the shelf life like on these things.They are in his garage and I imagine that its not heated and we have some colds winters here in Canada.What do you guys think?

is no problem. look at the production date, the DOT

when the tire is not older than 5 years.
2 years in a garage without big temperature variations :thumbsup:
