oooh, I struck a nerve!
IMO, i'd be glad to see imports go... the fart-can FWD hondas can fart their sorry ass to the depths of the pacific ocean.
But in reality, Supras, 3000 GTs, 300ZX, RX-7's... these are the next big thing. I predict in a few years (maybe 10), one of the above mentioned cars will be the high priced seller at Barrett Jackson.
Dont get me wrong, I totolly love muscle. Once I'm done with the rotary, I'd like to do a 65 Implala SS...
ENGINE PICS!!

imo those imports you speak of are popular cause of the v8 swap capability...

i dunno, there are some pretty fast 3 rotors out there. Not to mention, forced induction on light cars is the quickest way to go fast.
I mean, my car weighs 2500 lbs and has 50/50 weight distribution. You can't say that for ANY V8.

rotarys are great and such, but I wouldnt advise on bashing them here at lateral G.
Oh does that car make 690 foot pounds of torque a 3700 rpms?
