Well, I figured since things were starting to come together on the truck I would post up an intro. It's a 69 C-10 with a pro-touring vibe. I will update the progress in the "project updates" forum once things start progressing more. We had Carter Hickman Designs do the rendering for us (we are fortunate enough to work with Carter frequently).
Plans for the build include a Dropmember C4 (it's a bolt-in crossmember that allows you to use C4 components on the C-10 chassis), a C4 back-half, air ride at all 4, LS1, six-speed, and some minor smoothing and body mods.
That looks sick. Hell yeah.

I do build them for sale... I have a couple different variations. I was hoping to sign up as a "vendor" before I discussed my products too much and violated any rules. I looked for a link but couldn't find one. Sent off an e-mail to somebody.

The truck is sinister, we need more pics. The crossmember looks fantastic. Almost look machine welded.

How much?

Which motor can I use?

Thanks for all the interest, and all the compliments on the work. I am waiting to get set-up as a "vendor" before I list pricing and such here on the forum. Hopefully it won't too much longer.
I should have some good progress pics to post up in the next couple weeks. I have been getting ready for the Dallas Goodguy's show coming up in a wek-and-a-half, so time has been limited to say the least.
As for the inside, it will be a pretty "simple" design. The dash will be smoothed and keep it's factory feel, except for the instrument cluster... it will be extended out to create a "pod" and add some depth to the dash. It will also have a console that flows between bucket seats and flows into the rear of the cab and around the seat backs.
Here are a few more pics... some of the "other pieces" of the kit, and then a couple of one installed in a 72 Blazer with a GENIII motor.

Thanks for the kind words on the welds... All Dropmembers are fully welded by yours truly. I am too picky to let anybody else weld up my products... gonna have to surrender it up someday, seems like all I have been doing lately is welding these things up!

Damn that's sick! I love those trucks, I had a 68 C/20 a few years ago. Since it was a long box I didn't want to put too much money in it. I'd love to have a short box project again one day. Truck is looking hot!
