Hello!
Is it possible to have TKO-500 behind LS1 with stock F-body clutch and clutch hydraulics ?

Yes, use the stock clutch set up, Big Block Bellhousing, a hydraulic release bearing for the TKO, and you will be there. We can help put the entire package together

Thanks Frank for your info again. But does big block bellhousing bolt to LS1 ?
I am trying to finish deal for a new project and would like to have "no hack job" TKO system with LS1.

Yes it will. There will be some minor mods, but nothing extreme. Parsons II Much has a big block bellhousing / TKO set up.

I am trying to finish deal for a new project and would like to have "no hack job" TKO system with LS1.Frank is right. Yes, a BBC stock bell will bolt to an LS1, and will provide the proper spacing to use a TKO. With that you can use a hydraulic TOB (like a Howe). You can also use manual linkage and a "classic" TOB, but you will have fabricate the Z-bar linkage and deal with header or exhaust tubes. Personally, I'd recommend a hydraulic setup. It's easier to snake the hydraulic line into place than get manual linkage working.
There is only one downside, and it is that most BBC bellhousings don't have the 12 o'clock bolt hole that the LS1 has. You can also go with an aftermarket BBC bell (like Lakewood or McLeod) and do the same thing. That will definitely have the 12 o'clock bolt hole.
Hope that helps.

Hi guys, JP what are the differences with a SB and BB bell. I thought they where the same?? 12 o'clock hole...you mean a nooner right... sorry :D. Can you do without the using the hole?

Vince,
The important difference is that the BB bell will fit a larger flywheel, which is needed for it to fit over the LSx flywheel.
I'd guess one can go without the 12 o'clock fastening position ( :) ). If you do, you'll only have 4 bolts holding the bell to the block. It will probably be OK, but I'm not gonna recommend it.
