Carter , who was great to work with, has been doing some renderings for me to help decide on the final design and color...this is what we came up with.
The car is at Race Rodz right now getting the body and paint work done, and soon it will come home for final assembly! This is very exciting for me as it's been 5.5 years since I started this project and I'm very anxious to put some miles on it!
Here are just a few specs:
ProCharged all forged LT1, T56, Currie 9"
Wilwood brakes
Fikse wheels, Pilot Sports
DSE c/o based front suspension w/ Unisteer power rack
Hand built c/o based 4-bar rear suspension using parts from AME
Many interior parts from Sparco
3" exhaust from Stainless Works
And much more
Hope you guys like it and thanks again Carter!!

i think the standard oregon tree plate needs to go....get the "fish" plate....so you can remember what people with "normal" hobbies do for fun:rofl:

Another slick camaro on the way! Carter is extremely talented at what he does, and a pleasure to work with! It's great to be able to see the finished product before you even start to work on it! Keep us all posted on the progress.

Agreed. Question or comment... It looks like the lower front end will have an innercooler? Whatever it is there seems to be a fairly big opening on the lower front area below the bumper. Do black screens need to be installed to give it a more finished look? Just an Idea...

Yes Roger that is an intercooler you see in the stock sized openings. At first I wanted to paint the IC black to tone it down a bit...but now I don't mind seeing it, with the interior in the car has a real race car feel to it...especially under the hood. Also, I was going for the industrial/mechanical feel/look so an exposed part or two wont bother me.
With that said, I will kick around your idea with Chris and see what he thinks as I do want the car to feel 100% thought out and finished...thanks for the input!!

I think my concern would lie more in road debris hitting it! Especially with it that low! I think a mesh or guard of some sort would allay my fears!

Thanks guys!! Yes, Carter does great work and really helped us finalize the color and design of the car.
BTW it's not going C6 LeMans Blue anymore...it was too dark.

Yeah I'm real excited to have the car painted. But to be honest, I'm REALLY enjoying the time away from the project...quite a few camping trips to finish off the summer as Chris slaves away at the car!! Sorry Chris!! ;)
