What a exciting day. Lisa's Project EmptyNest Air Ride showed up today. Wow! is all we can say. It never stops blowing me away at the quality and completeness of these kits. We are using Shockwaves up front on our new Speedtech / Killer Customs subframe and the awesome Air Bar 4 link on the rear. The Ride Pro with self leveling kit will control everything.

I have never had a Air Ride system on one of our personal cars, but after riding with Bret in his cars on Power Tour, and seeing his cars run various autocross, we cannot wait to get this stuff on.

We will be doing a install feature as we go, we will post links and updates.

Also, I am doing a thread on Air Bars / G bars and mini tubs. There has been MUCH discussion lately on this subject, and I look to give definitive answers on the installation and limitations, if any.

Unboxing the Air Bar crossmember. I am not sure she knows what it is, but she is all smiles, LOL! She will know by the time this build is over!

Posing with one of the front shockwaves. She knows what this is. She sat through 2 Air Ride seminars at HotRods & Restoration show

She is a little intimidated by all the wiring and hoses, but she will figure it out. She has a good helper!

I agree completely Frank. That kit is a piece of cake to install. And tell Lisa not to worry about the wiring it's brainless! Everything is labeled all you need is 12V, ign, and a dash lights.

Does she need the air pro to come down and give her a hand.

Seriously Frank, let me know if you got any questions. Been installing Air suspensions for seven years now.

Now don't go starting to offer help with a SEMA car, we have been known to accept those offers, LOL! We will coach her through it, but we have plenty of other stuff to finish

"Will work for beer and sleep on the floor" - now I think that's very familiar to a lot of us !!

And I'd imagine several of us were found sleeping on the floor - still clutching the empty can too.

Beer and a Floor? I'll take anybody up on that offer! I'll even let you take a break for an hour to walk down to the beach while I turn the car around in the garage so we can work on the opposite side!

Always loved the Firebirds, Love the Color and wheel choices, can't wait to see the final product.

Frank,
What happened to the magnesium wheels?

Can't wait to read the install story.

Never was magnesium wheels, but Forgeline is making a us a Prodigy Customs signiture series Snowflake wheel in a 3 piece design with a forged center. I have the drawings in front of me, they are fricken killer. they will be lightweight and super strong. Like all Forgelines. simply the best.
