If you change direction a bit and want to go with 17's I have a pair of 17x8 Fikse profile 5's that I will sell with Michelin Pilot Sports 245/40/17 mounted on them.

Frank I appreciate what your saying but unfortunately living in Canada is a pain in the a$$ for buying parts new from the US.For example lets say I buy a whole set of wheels from you for $5000 by the time it gets to the border you have to convert it to canadian currency,then pay the duty and taxes,then comes the brokerage fees and shipping of course.
5000X1.13=5650 canadian
5650X1.14=6441 taxes
6441+ 250approx=6691 duty
6691+ 250approx=brokerage fees
6941 grand total
Oh and I forgot to add the shipping!!!!!!!!!!!
see what I mean I cannot buy new just because there will be a receipt and the border nails me real hard which blows my budget right out of the water.The only way for me to stay on target for my build or even just to afford to finish the car I have to buy used.Basicaly what ever I buy I will have to add 40% Canadian to my invoice.Here in Canada we have to pay 40% more for any project we build.This totally irratates me to no end.Thats why 90% of all my parts have been used from other members on this site as well as PT.com.I was telling Lisa that I paid more in duty and customs fees than the actual price of the door strickers!!!!!!!!!!!! What a deal hey!!!!!!!!
anyways I cannot begin to thank everyone on these sites offering me a good deal on wheels but buying new is just not an option for me.Im glad Im a patient guy and my wife is even more patient thank god lol lol !!!!!!
once again Frank thanks for all your help and if someone out there has some used wheels in 18X12 or 19X12 rears and 18" front please let me know.
thanks.

Do you have Discount Tire stores in Canada? Not many people know this, but Discount Tire is a Fikse dealer. They gave me about a 30% discount from the Fikse list price.

Is there no way to buy them through a third party? have an american buy them and then sell them to you?

I offered to sell them to him and ship them to him at 20% off and that was apparently not enough. 20% on fikse's is a sweet deal on such an expensive wheel.

whoa whoa whoa hold on now Rodger I am on a very tight budget just like a bunch of other guys on here!!!!!! I do not have the luxury to drop tons of cash on a set of brand new wheels and not put food on my families table!!!!! Listen I am just trying to build the best car possible on an average guys salary so take it easy!! Did I not say to you privately that I really appreciate your help in pricing them out for me but they are still out of reach for me to buy new!!! I have bought 60% of my car used on PT.com and here from our fellow members whose projects have gone in a different direction.So if you want to go off the deep end just because I cant afford to close a deal with you so be it!!! I dont appreciate you shooting off your mouth about you giving me a sweet sweet deal and I didn't go for it.So in the meantime I am still hoping that someone will part with a set of 18s and they dont have to be Fikse but they do have to be a style I like or am I being cheap as you say????.Next time you have a cheap shot to shoot direct it to me in private!!!
thanks
Steve
